Physically Impaired Office Administrator

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Work Africa. The successful candidate will be physically impaired and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general office duties, client liaison, and data capturing activities as determined by the Portfolio Manager.
  • File management: proactively review all files to match quality standards.
  • BCMM: audit BCMM statements to identify irregularities and request refunds from customers.
  • Data capturing on spreadsheets: utilize data collected from TLOs to streamline collection processes.
  • Complaint Register: maintain accurate records of customer complaints.
  • Assist Tenant Liaison Officers with monitoring Facebook ads, Google ads, and proactively work on Facebook and TikTok pages.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Medical Report identifying physical impairment.
  • General computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management.
  • Office Administration experience is advantageous.
