Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at Abantu Staffing Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Finance:
- Process financial transactions on Pastel Evolution
- Manage UIF, PAYE, and SDL (EMP201) submissions
- Reconcile VAT, PAYE, and UIF accounts using EasyFile
- Prepare and submit income statements on a monthly basis
- Investigate variances and highlight changes affecting financial figures
- Reconcile banking with cash sales, including undeposited cash and speedpoints
- Manage 3rd party payments and petty cash
- Prepare and submit financial year-end reports by 30 March each year
- Human Resources:
- Manage employee contracts, leave applications, and disciplinary hearings
- Prepare and submit letters of appointment, increase, and termination
- Manage staff accounts and loans
- Creditors:
- Process supplier applications and stock management
- Reconcile supplier accounts and investigate stock take variances
- Debtors:
- Manage account applications, follow up on trade references, and reconcile debtors accounts
- Submit statements for payment and follow up on overdue accounts
- General:
- Manage office operations, including repairs, maintenance, and IT-related issues
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification
- Relevant bookkeeping or finance qualification advantageous
- Basic bookkeeping experience essential, including capturing cash book and reconciliations
- 3+ years working experience in a similar role
