  5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure vacancies are filled with suitable candidates.
  6. Sustain a cooperative climate of employee relations through oversight of employee relation issues.
  7. Maintain knowledge of employment legislation and update company policies and procedures accordingly.
  8. Implement initiatives to drive performance improvement and positive change in people management.
  9. Deliver training sessions on HR-related topics for line managers.

In addition to your skills, we require a generalist HR professional with excellent communication skills and organisational abilities.
