Chief Operations Director

At KNM HR & Payroll Services, we are seeking a seasoned Chief Operations Director to lead our operations and drive business growth.

This strategic role requires a proven track record in managing cross-border operations, including understanding of various regulatory frameworks and cultural nuances. The successful candidate will oversee the global supply chain for manufacturing equipment, consumables, and reagents, ensuring timely procurement and distribution.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing operations. They will also possess strong leadership skills, demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams across multiple functions, and work collaboratively with key stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Lead operational projects in their entirety, from budgeting to delivery
  • Oversee the global supply chain for manufacturing equipment, consumables, and reagents
  • Analyze international market trends and develop strategies to enhance the competitive position of the company
  • Collaborate with the executive team to create and execute the operational strategy for global growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and optimisation - review and submit annual budgets and proposals
  • Manage and report on cost of sales budget
  • Attend and present at Board meetings as a non-voting member
  • Drive quality of services and execute budget
