Job Summary

We're seeking a Service Supervisor to join our team of exceptional individuals at Pezula Nature Retreat. As a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, you'll excel in fast-paced, luxury environments and have a talent for problem-solving, managing conflicts with grace, and engaging with both guests and staff with sophistication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver warm, attentive, and prompt service to create an exceptional guest experience.
  • Support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that manuals, SOPs, and logs are consistently updated and effectively implemented.
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience, including training and supervising staff, maintaining strict compliance with food health and safety regulations, and promptly addressing and resolving customer concerns.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Relevant Hospitality diploma or experience.
  • Working knowledge of OPERA, OPERA Cloud.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a luxury hotel sector.
  • Familiar with the duties and procedures of the restaurant.
