Our Customer Care department is looking for self-starters with a positive attitude who can provide exceptional telephonic customer service to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first call resolution to customers and delivering top-notch customer support.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve customer inquiries and issues on the first call.
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone.
- Assist customers with their concerns and queries.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
