Your Role:
- Support the development and implementation of effective industrial relations strategies
- Assist in the preparation of payroll documentation and HR uploads for new employees
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations
- Facilitate HR inductions, training coordination, and performance evaluations
- Handle first-line recruitment, including job advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and reference checks
- Provide timely support to internal teams and resolve employee inquiries
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field; SABPP registration is highly regarded
- Experience: 2-4+ years in an HR generalist role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Sound understanding of HR practices and labour laws
- Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
