We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team at Level-Up. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, while maintaining compliance with all regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the entire payroll process, from preparation to distribution, using SAGE300 and VIP systems.
  2. Supervise and train the payroll team to ensure high-quality work and meet deadlines.
  3. Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and making recommendations for process improvements.
  4. Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Finance teams to maintain accurate employee records and process payroll taxes, deductions, and benefits.
  5. Work closely with other departments to integrate payroll systems with other business processes.
  6. Respond to payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Review and improve payroll processes to reduce errors and optimize workflows.
  8. Generate accurate payroll reports and support internal and external audits as needed.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management, with at least 3 years using SAGE300 and VIP systems.
  3. Strong knowledge of payroll best practices, tax laws, and employment regulations.
  4. Proven experience managing and leading a payroll team.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  7. Strong communication skills and confidentiality.
  8. Experience in the supply chain or consulting industry is a plus.
