The Client Services Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for allocated clients, ensuring their shipping requirements are met and their needs are fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding shipment events and provide timely updates.
- Identify opportunities for extended business with existing clients and referrals.
- Monitor daily cargo collection to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure seamless communication and execution of delegated work.
- Manage client administration on an international level, including dispatch routing orders and arranging inspections.
- Develop and provide clients with rate proposals and SOP updates.
- Communicate sell rates to clients and ensure adherence to NAC and Trade Lane requirements.
- Ensure clearing instructions and export instructions are completed in full.
- Develop and provide clients with quarterly KPIs and secure extension business from existing accounts.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
