Human Capital Data Analyst

The Human Capital Data Analyst plays a vital role in leveraging data to support evidence-based decision-making and drive Human Capital initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage the integrity of Human Capital data across various platforms.
- Develop and maintain data governance standards and protocols to ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of Human Capital data.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to Human Capital colleagues.
- Generate and consolidate reports on Human Capital metrics monthly and as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to clean, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, patterns, and root causes within Human Capital data.
- Thoroughness and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Competencies:
- Relevant HR/IT qualification.
- + 5 years' work experience in a Retail/Manufacturing environment.
