About the Role
Motus Holdings Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at UD Pretoria East. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling motor vehicles for personal and commercial use, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high levels of sales on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers arriving at the dealership and showcase the dealership's vehicles, explaining their features and warranties to customers.
- Answer customer questions about cars and the purchase process, and accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand.
- Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers' vehicles, and coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer's financing and ownership options.
- Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles and provide ongoing support throughout the car-purchasing process.
Requirements
- Matric qualification
- Previous vehicle sales experience and internet sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Computer literacy
- Good communication skills
