Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead our South African Contact Centres. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing interdepartmental relationships and driving sales and operation excellence initiatives.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong track record of delivering results-driven sales strategies, excellent customer service, and team management skills. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and partners to drive business opportunities and maximize sales potential.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage interdepartmental relationships to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to ensure consistency in performance, stability, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Team Leaders role in a call centre within the South African office.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in quality assurance and performance metrics.

What We Offer

Isilumko Staffing (JHB) offers a competitive salary range of R450,000 - R550,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
