Regional Business Development Manager

TotalEnergies is seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join its team in Eastern Cape, East London. This exciting opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding role with excellent career prospects.
Key Responsibilities:- Commercial Operations Management:
- Manage all commercial aspects of contracts with dealers, ensuring compliance with TotalEnergies' policies and procedures.
- Oversee the implementation of new dealers, including onboarding and training.
- Manage the full contract process, including CODO agreements, reviews, and renewals.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Increase sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and other stakeholders to promote TotalEnergies' products and services.
- Human Resource Management:
- Assist in recruiting and developing young dealer (YD) staff, including coaching and mentoring.
- Apply the promotion policy in the YD model, supporting the YD program through coaching and mentoring.
- HSSE Management:
- Ensure compliance with all HSSE policies, rules, guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Promote a safe working environment, contributing to TotalEnergies' HSSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a petrochemical, production, or business environment.
- Understanding of TSA Network and supporting functions business models and processes.
- Knowledge of TotalEnergies' ambitions, values, roadmaps, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
- English is the working language.
R650,000 - R850,000 per annum, depending on experience.
