Job Summary
Scholtz Partners International (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Earthmoving Equipment Sales Professional to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling earthmoving equipment and possess excellent sales skills.

About the Role
This role involves providing quality leadership for internal and external customers, achieving revenue and profitability quotas, and establishing an environment for future sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling value and solutions to customers, directing selling activities, and prioritizing effectively in accordance with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide quality leadership for internal and external customers while upholding the company's values.
• Achieve the region's revenue and profitability quotas for the company's products sold into all customer segments within the region.
• Establish an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
• Sell value and solutions to customers.
• Direct the selling activities within the region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.
• Prioritize effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
• Responsible for the region's forecasting and sales tracking.
• Set the vision for the region and develop a business plan to attain this vision.
• Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information to identify trends affecting current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• 2+ years of experience selling earthmoving equipment.
• Knowledge of Kalmar equipment and forklifts.
• A Matric certificate.
• An own vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.
