Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator - Office Assistant to join our team at Recruit King. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Country Head, including data capturing, updating reports, and maintaining project files.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Country Head with all-round administrative requirements
  • Maintain project files and perform HR duties
  • Arrange and prepare samples, assist with the daily schedule, and team allocations
  • Deal with customers in the absence of the manager and ensure office supplies are maintained and stocked up
  • Oversee office maintenance and coordinate client and colleague visits, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and meeting schedules
  • Serve as a point of contact for guests, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay
  • Collaborate with internal teams to arrange meetings, events, and client entertainment activities

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 equivalent or tertiary education
  • Own reliable transport
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and presentable
