About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Operational Administrator to join our team at Sanlam. As an Operational Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, providing administrative support, and driving process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new business intake, ensuring timely processing and adherence to SOPS.
- Coordinate training material orders and prepare documentation for sales managers, BDs, and advisors.
- Maintain accurate records, update branch training registers, and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries, claims, and amendments efficiently.
- Assist with technological support, data analysis, and reporting, ensuring high-quality output.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in client engagement, office management, and task management systems.
- Maturity in risk management, debt, MI, and budgeting.
Salary and Benefits
