Administrative Coordinator for Corporate Operations

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Exceed Human Resource Consultants Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator for Corporate Operations, you will be responsible for managing statutory submissions, company resolutions, and board meetings. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure the smooth operation of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage statutory submissions and company resolutions
• Coordinate board meetings and take minutes
• Assist with contract administration and renewals
• Improve departmental efficiency and coordinate regular meetings
• Liaise with financial institutions and SARS
• Perform various administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment
• Strong computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel) and proficiency in English
• Business Administration qualification
Salary Estimate:
Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this position to be around R250,000 - R300,000 per annum.
