Job Title: Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Management Professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Salary: R 250,000 - R 300,000 per annum

About the Job:

  • Manage a team of administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial reports and personnel files
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve administrative efficiency
  • Liaise with ACCPAC software to manage accounts and finances
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Effective management of administrative staff to achieve operational goals
  2. Prompt maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records
  3. Development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance administrative efficiency
  4. Integration of ACCPAC software for effective account management
  5. Adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in administration or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ACCPAC software
