Global Sales Strategist

Role Overview
Lumina Personnel seeks an experienced Global Sales Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our business globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
- Manage costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Provide regular feedback and updates to management and clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Support sales consultants and showrooms in all matters related to international sales.
Requirements and Skills
- A National Senior Certificate or Diploma in a related field is an advantage.
- 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury goods or interior decor environment.
- Exposure to textiles or fabric sales is an advantage.
- Strong skills in sales, customer service, product knowledge, and negotiation.
- Valid driver's license and reliable own vehicle.
- Fluent in English and one other SA language (area dependent).
