About the Role
We are seeking a talented External Sales Representative to join our team at Innovation Advance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in external sales, preferably in the building materials or tile industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our market reach to potential construction and development clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular sales calls and site visits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by preparing and presenting sales proposals and negotiating contracts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, providing market insights and feedback to the sales team.
Requirements
- Proven track record in external sales, preferably in the building materials or tile industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
