We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance of our prestigious residential development in London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the high quality standards of the site, managing staff, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, including contractor management, capital projects, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and identify any faults or damage.
- Optimise contracts and manage contractors to deliver efficient maintenance services.
- Coordinate planned maintenance, working with the General Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist the General Manager with budget preparation and request quotes for work orders.
- Design cleaning and security scopes of services for the estate.
- Lead a team, manage staff, and ensure uniformity and equipment are maintained.
Requirements:
- A minimum of experience in facilities management within a prestigious development.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, coaching, and developing a team.
- Extensive experience in contractor management, planned maintenance, and health and safety.
- Financial management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
