We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Property department as the new Head of Property. This critical role has responsibility for managing a team of five Regional Property Managers, with a base in London and national travel requirements.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Estates/Property departments in similar-sized and complex organisations, with a solid understanding of Property and Trust law. They will oversee the management of 450 buildings, including RBL Clubs, Branch buildings, and other assets, providing a corporate service for operational buildings such as offices, production facilities, and warehouses.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on developing and delivering the 5-year RBL Property Strategy. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with the Charities Act 2011 and align properties with the charity's strategic objectives. They will work closely with the Head of Facilities Management and the Operations Directorate to deliver a funded planned maintenance programme for the operational portfolio.

Key responsibilities include managing and securing the RBL rental income, overseeing all other property transactions, including disposals, acquisitions, lease renewals, and rent reviews across the operational, branch, and investment portfolios.
