We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Manager to lead our estates team in East London. As Head of Estates, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of operational estates assets.

This includes full financial control of the Estates minor works and Estates SLA agreements, property inspections, and the management of estates staff, external consultants, and contractors.

You will ensure the delivery management of utilities supplies to the Hospital are in compliance with the Carbon Reduction Commitment requirements and the Trust's Carbon Reduction Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor all in-house and contracted out services, particularly managing the performance of the Hard FM Services ensuring compliance with statutory standards and recognized safe practices.
  • Maintain effective working relationships across hospital clinical divisions and group corporate divisions within the Trust and external organizations.
  • Adhere to standing financial instructions and ensure value for money on all tenders and purchases.
