Key Responsibilities:- Manage the procurement of vehicle and accessory orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers to arrange for orders and proxy forms to be emailed or collected.
- Track and monitor vehicle delivery dates, advising departments of any changes.
- Process purchase orders and generate reports as required.
- Manage fuel cards, ordering and issuing new cards as needed, and resolving errors or issues.
- Assist with fleet maintenance, scheduling vehicle services, and managing vehicle repairs.
- Monitor and manage the fleet maintenance system, ensuring all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
- Manage vehicle fines, ensuring timely payment and liaison with HR as necessary.
- Prepare and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc reports as required by department managers and head office.
- Advanced computer literacy in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience working in Kerridge is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a group and add value to the team.
- Highly developed prioritizing and multi-tasking skills, with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving abilities.
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Code 8 driver's license.
