We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to join our team at Staff Unlimited Recruitment Pty Ltd T/A MPC Recruitment Group EC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fleet management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the procurement of vehicle and accessory orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to arrange for orders and proxy forms to be emailed or collected.
  • Track and monitor vehicle delivery dates, advising departments of any changes.
  • Process purchase orders and generate reports as required.
  • Manage fuel cards, ordering and issuing new cards as needed, and resolving errors or issues.
  • Assist with fleet maintenance, scheduling vehicle services, and managing vehicle repairs.
  • Monitor and manage the fleet maintenance system, ensuring all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
  • Manage vehicle fines, ensuring timely payment and liaison with HR as necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc reports as required by department managers and head office.
Requirements:
  • Advanced computer literacy in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience working in Kerridge is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a group and add value to the team.
  • Highly developed prioritizing and multi-tasking skills, with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving abilities.
Education and Experience:
  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
  • Code 8 driver's license.
