About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Time Personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with prospective customers through calls, meetings, and networking events.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide product presentations, quotes, and support to customers.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification.
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for learning and growing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and applications.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
