Job Title: Junior Sales Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Time Personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with prospective customers through calls, meetings, and networking events.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide product presentations, quotes, and support to customers.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification.
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for learning and growing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and applications.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
