Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team at AVI Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing attendance records, tracking overtime claims, and overseeing the HR inbox.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Attendance Records: Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of employee attendance, including unreported absences.
- Track Overtime Claims: Validate overtime claims and acting allowances for payroll processing.
- HR Inbox Management: Respond to HR queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Compile Reports: Generate weekly reports on overtime, leave forms, and time sheets.
- Leave Tracking: Ensure accurate leave tracking, supporting SAP and acting as backup for leave entries.
- Employee Role Profiles: Facilitate Fixed Term Contract processes and maintain employee role profiles.
- Training and Development: Support scheduling and completion tracking for Employee Self-Service (ESS) training.
Requirements:
- Education: National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
- Experience: 3 years or more experience in Human Resources administration in unionized FMCG/manufacturing.
- Skills: Strong payroll process understanding, SAP experience preferred, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
