Job Summary:

Oxyon People Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Delivery: Meet customer service delivery targets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and issues.
  • Damage Investigation and Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations into damage claims, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Process Management: Maintain and adhere to VDS SOPs and OEM SOPs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Vehicle Management: Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements on VTS, ensuring seamless tracking and monitoring.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to customers, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Price Adjustments: Manage price tables, ensuring accurate and up-to-date pricing information.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile billing files, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to dealers, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: BCom Graduate in Logistics or Transportation, or relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Motivation and Diligence: Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a strong sense of motivation and diligence.
    • Attention to Detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
    • Task Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
    • Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure, managing stress and maintaining a high level of performance.
    • Responsibility and Reliability: Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities, with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
    • Independence: Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and be on standby over weekends, as required.

Transportation:

  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and own transportation.
