About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Tour Conductor to lead our clients on unforgettable adventures in Southern Africa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and well-being of our travelers, and delivering high-quality experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead groups of travelers on 2-3 week all-country trips, providing clear information and conveying your enthusiasm for the region.
  • Be the first point of contact for our customers in case of any issues during the trip, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the tour, managing cash payments with local partners and monitoring the quality of services delivered by our partners.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the region's flora, fauna, history, and current matters, as well as its culture and customs.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience, and that our company's standards for quality, safety, and sustainability are met.
