Job Title: Corporate Membership Administrator

Estimated Salary Range: R250,000 - R400,000 per annum

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for stakeholder engagement and a knack for managing complex administrative tasks. As a Corporate Membership Administrator, you will be responsible for administering and reconciling membership accounts with accuracy and efficiency.

  • You will manage stakeholder interactions to ensure exceptional outcomes.
  • You will interpret payment sheets and handle unique financial requirements.
  • You will operate under high-pressure billing periods, delivering outstanding results.
  • You will provide seamless support to ensure contribution collection from dedicated profiles.
Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience
  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years in membership administration and reconciliation
  • Minimum of 2 years in the medical scheme industry
Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
