Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Scheme Administration Specialist to join our team at The Legends Agency. This role is responsible for administering and reconciling membership accounts, managing stakeholder interactions, and providing exceptional support to ensure contribution collection from dedicated profiles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Administration: Administer and reconcile membership accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder interactions to ensure exceptional outcomes.
  • Financial Operations: Interpret payment sheets and handle unique financial requirements.
  • High-Pressure Billing: Operate under high-pressure billing periods, delivering outstanding results.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Grade 12 Certificate, Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in membership administration and reconciliation, minimum of 2 years in the medical scheme industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook, strong communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
