About the Role: We are seeking a talented Corporate Financial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's finances, including preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare monthly financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  2. Manage cash flow by developing and implementing effective VAT strategies.
  3. Support the preparation of yearly audit files and supporting documentation to ensure seamless audits.
  4. Assist in budgeting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  5. Provide administrative support to FM, CFO, and CEO on various requests, projects, and responsibilities.
  6. Oversee debtor and creditor accounts, including reconciliations, relationship management, invoicing, and financial analysis.
  7. Cash ups, reconciliations, floats, and issue resolution for all cash offices.
  8. Maintain the Fixed Asset Register, including additions, disposals, depreciation, P&L calculations, and scrapings.
  9. Accounting records for hire purchases, including amortisation schedules, additions, disposals, and supporting documentation.
  10. Post monthly journals for accruals, provisions, cut-off entries, interest calculations, assets, and WIP.
  11. Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
  12. Contribute to the preparation of yearly financial statements.
  13. Prepare weekly and monthly financial analysis.


Salary: R 680,000 - R 880,000 per annum.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Matric & Accounting Degree/Diploma.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an Accountant or similar role.
