Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through market understanding and customer relationships.
  • Build and grow sales pipeline through negotiation and deal review.
  • Manage and deliver sales projects from origination to close.
  • Ensure KPI's for order intake, revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction are met.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Organise, coach, and oversee cross-functional deals teams through the team selling concept.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic sales management in the energy industry, machinery, construction, or related environment.
  • Preferably, a Master's degree in engineering or business.
  • Solid sales proven history and good negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build up relationships with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Curious and inspired by challenges, proactive, and service-minded.
