Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director (Sales and Social Media Focus)

Location: Sandown, Gauteng

**Salary**: R6,000 per month

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Support:

- Assist the Director with sales activities, including coordinating with customers, managing client inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Prepare sales reports, manage client data, and handle follow-up communications to support sales targets.
- Provide administrative support in managing stock, orders, and supplier coordination.
- Social Media Management:

- Develop and execute social media content that aligns with Touch Screen ZA’s brand and sales goals.
- Schedule and monitor posts on various social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Respond to inquiries on social platforms promptly and professionally.
- Track engagement metrics and provide regular updates on social media performance.
- Administrative Assistance:

- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks or special projects as needed by the Director.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, with a focus on social media and sales support.
- Matric qualification required; additional qualifications in business, marketing, or related fields are advantageous.
- Strong social media skills, with a proven track record of results.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license; willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualities:

- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Creative and resourceful, with an eye for engaging and on-brand social media content.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From R6 000,00 per month
