Role Summary

This Import Pricing Consultant role is critical to ensuring that our clients receive accurate and competitive pricing for their import and export shipments.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with shipping lines, airlines, and other logistics providers.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client shipments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of pricing data and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to client inquiries in a timely manner.

We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of the import and export industry, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators
