Solar Sales Engineer

Network Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives.
  • Lead and Mentor Sales Team: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Solar Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including residential and commercial customers, contractors, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports for senior management.
  • Stay Informed and Compliant: Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, policies, and emerging technologies to ensure compliance and a competitive advantage.
  • Represent the Company: Represent Network Recruitment at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: Proven success in solar sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of solar energy products, systems, and installation processes.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for Renewable Energy: A passion for renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.
