Job Title: Financial Administrator Assistant

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing and reconciling bank accounts, debtors discounts, and sales reconciliations. Additionally, they will provide IT management liaison services, support sales representatives with credit card reconciliation and fleet card reconciliation, and perform general ad-hoc duties.

  • Liaison with the sales teams


Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants should have past experience in a similar position, preferably with double entry accounting experience. A relevant qualification (Certificate or Diploma) is also required. Strong Excel skills are essential, as well as bilingual proficiency in Afrikaans and English. A Matric certificate is necessary, and detail-oriented individuals with excellent time management skills will be preferred.

Work Environment:
This position requires own reliable transportation to travel to various locations. The successful candidate will work in an office environment, interacting with the sales teams and providing IT support. Benefits:
We offer competitive salary packages based on qualifications and experience. This position comes with an estimated salary range of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on the successful candidate's background and qualifications.
