Job Description:

Position: Senior Manager - Operations, Projects, Property, Facilities, and/or Asset Management

Job Overview:
We are in search of a highly skilled and seasoned Senior Manager with a strong background in Operations, Project Management, Property Management, Facilities Management, and/or Asset Management. While proficiency in all these domains is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. The ideal candidate will take charge of enhancing the efficiency of our operational workflows, managing various projects, and ensuring the optimal use and upkeep of our properties and assets.

Opportunities are available on a National and International scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence:
- Formulate and execute strategies aimed at boosting overall operational effectiveness.
- Refine processes and protocols to enhance workflow and productivity.
- Guarantee adherence to industry regulations and standards.

2. Project Management:
- Spearhead and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Identify risks and promptly address project-related challenges.

3. Property Management:
- Supervise the management of company properties, ensuring optimal use and functionality.
- Work with property teams to resolve maintenance, security, and facility-related concerns.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize value.

4. Facilities Management:
- Oversee and enhance daily facilities operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Apply best practices in facility management, including maintenance, security, and health and safety.
- Assess and recommend enhancements to facility-related processes.

5. Asset Management:
- Formulate and execute asset management strategies, including portfolio optimization and risk management.
- Supervise the performance and maintenance of company assets.
- Collaborate with finance teams to align asset management objectives with financial goals.

6. Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of strategic plans for the organization.
- Align operational, project, property, facilities, and asset management strategies with overarching business objectives.

7. Team Leadership:
- Provide direction and support to teams across various departments.
- Cultivate a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

8. Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on operational, project, property, facilities, and asset performance.
- Conduct analyses to pinpoint areas for enhancement and optimization.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in Operations, Project Management, Property Management, Facilities Management, and/or Asset Management.
3. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
4. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
8. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CPM, CFM) would be beneficial.
