As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between our company and its clients.   • Foster effective communication platforms for both clients and staff to streamline operations.

  • Offer product and service advice, develop surveys for client feedback, and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
  • Lead and support team members, ensuring they meet departmental goals and contribute to a positive client experience.
  • Create departmental reports to analyze performance against KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and allocate team workload to ensure efficient operations and timely project delivery.
