- Develop annual sales plans, including sales budgets, promotions, and account management activities.
- Collate customer, competitor, and market information to set goals for effective business growth.
- Build a thorough understanding of the territory/customer base and its potential.
- Maintain existing business and obtain new customer business through direct or indirect means.
- Submit sales activity and forecast reports to the Sales Manager.
- Record all information on Microsoft Outlook and maintain daily planners and diaries.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide positive, courteous service.
- Ensure client awareness of our operations, services, and products.
- Assist customers in preparing credit applications and seek approval from the Sales/Finance and General Manager prior to submission.
- Aim to achieve or exceed set sales targets monthly and annually.
