About the Role

The Chris Burger Petro Jackson Players' Fund is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven leader to fill the position of Chief Information Officer. This role requires a strong understanding of non-profit management, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and rugby culture.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute long-term strategy, while remaining hands-on with operational delivery.
  2. Secure sustainable funding through corporate partnerships, donor relations, and grant applications.
  3. Lead a small, high-performing team, inspiring and motivating staff and volunteers.
  4. Engage with injured players, their families, unions, corporate sponsors, donors, and government bodies.

Requirements:
