Job Summary

As an Office Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. Key responsibilities include handling the Reception area and switchboard, ensuring stock availability, and liaising effectively with the Technical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle the Reception area and switchboard
  • Liaise effectively with Technical team, co-ordinate of appointments, write up job cards, monitor and handle any issues which arise
  • Liaise with warehouse and ensure stock availability
  • Taking of calls, dealing with customer queries and processing of invoices

Requirements
  • Minimum of Matric
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle extreme pressure and multi-task
  • Well spoken, with a positive, out-going and confident manner
