Administrative Support Specialist

Farm Manager SA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about administration and customer service. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- General Administration: Perform general administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, and handling communication through phone and email.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment processes, conduct interviews, and reference checks for potential candidates.
- Data Management: Maintain databases and ensure proper documentation management.
- Matric (Grade 12): A recognized Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Computer Literacy: Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and other office software.
- Typing and Administrative Skills: Strong typing and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer Service Skills: Great telephonic disposition and excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Afrikaans (written and spoken) is essential.
- Competitive Salary: R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience.
