Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers, selling vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Identification and Sales: Identify new customers and sell commercial vehicles, ensuring accurate deal processes and meeting sales targets.
- Deal Closure: Ensure smooth deal closures, including vehicle handover and delivery, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Retention and Growth: Foster long-term relationships with customers, driving growth and retention through proactive sales strategies.
- Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales plans for strategic accounts, ensuring efficient vehicle selection and timely invoicing.
- Account Management: Monitor and administer customer accounts, ensuring all vehicles are invoiced promptly and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate or Higher: A minimum qualification of Matric Certificate or higher is required.
- Qualification in Sales and Marketing: A degree in Sales and Marketing is advantageous but not essential.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of commercial vehicle bodies, laws, and client specifications is crucial.
- Database Management: Must have a database management system in place to track customer interactions and sales performance.
- Licenses and Certifications: Code 10 or 14 license is advantageous, and knowledge of Road Traffic Act & Regulations is necessary.
