Remote Customer Service Trainer: Wear The Shield is seeking a skilled Remote Customer Service Trainer to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training materials to enhance customer service skills.

This is a full-time, remote role offering long-term growth opportunities within an established organization. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and delivering training programs for newly hired agents.
  2. Conducting 1:1 and group training sessions for new hires.
  3. Assisting with creating SOPs and developing training curriculum.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service training.
  • 3-5 years of BPO experience in the customer service industry.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce tools/software such as Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience in e-commerce.
