Your Responsibilities
In the capacity of a Cloud Support Engineer, you will serve as a vital resource across all cloud offerings, equipping our clients with the necessary tools and strategies to maximize their product and support investments.

  • Manage client communications during critical incidents.
  • Initiate projects that refine support processes and enhance the technical support experience for our clients.
  • Create tutorials, instructional videos, and other technical content for the developer community.
  • Tackle complex customer challenges that may involve multiple AWS services.
