  • Managing Partnerships: Work closely with partners to identify new business opportunities and drive sales activities that generate significant revenue.
  • Closing Deals: Utilize exceptional negotiation and closing skills to secure deals with potential and existing customers.
  • Building Relationships: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Staying Ahead: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and drive Sage's competitive edge.
  • Leading by Example: Act as a Sage ambassador on social media platforms, sharing your passion for our products and building our brand presence.

Requirements

  • Sales Background: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • HR & Payroll Knowledge: Strong experience in HR and Payroll sales, with deep knowledge of solutions in this space.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade all levels of decision-makers.
  • Results Orientation: A proactive approach to driving results independently, with a clear understanding of what it takes to succeed in sales.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales scenarios and develop effective solutions.
  • Education: Degree or diploma in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field. A deep understanding of Payroll and HR is a must.
