  • Technical Oversight: Ensure the integration of cutting-edge technology into our solutions, driving innovation and efficiency in product offerings.
  • Process Optimization and Standardization: Drive the standardization of operating models and service delivery processes across different markets, balancing local adaptation with global efficiencies.
  • Technology Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging technologies in managed services, cloud, and security, positioning Network Contracting as a market leader in innovation and customer solutions.
Requirements:
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing managed services across multiple African markets.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and build consensus.
  • Strong analytical and consulting experience, able to convey complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a high-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with professional services and a consulting background is highly desired.
Qualifications:
  • MBA from a recognized institution.
  • Relevant BCom or BsC Degree in IS or IT or DEV OPS.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in professional services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a technology-driven environment.
  • Experience in managing cloud, security, IoT, or other enterprise technology services across African markets.
Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience in a JSE-listed company or large multinational.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise-level managed services and product strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience working with complex, multidisciplinary programs in a diverse set of markets.
