Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at People Dimension. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our clients' organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management, preferably in the B2B and ISP/Telecom sectors.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of control and communication solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as corporate sales and marketing experience.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of R30,000 CTC per month.
