Commercial Vehicle Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Vehicle Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships with CV IAM customers in the region to promote the sale of ZF parts in the IAM channel. Key responsibilities include managing distributor/customer sales to reach sales targets and enhancing market position, communicating business potentials within the sales structure, and providing quotations and feedback to customers.
In this dynamic customer-centric role, you will work closely with the sales team to achieve continuous business growth. If you have a passion for sales and commercial vehicles, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop business relationships with CV IAM customers in the region to promote the sale of ZF parts in the IAM channel.
- Manage distributor/customer sales to reach sales targets and enhance market position.
- Communicate business potentials within the sales structure.
- Provide quotations and feedback to customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum 5 years' experience in sales in the Automotive market, a minimum secondary education, and strong people management skills. Knowledge of ZF products is an advantage. You must also have effective communication, influencing, and collaboration skills among various audiences.
A high attention to detail, self-starter mentality, and entrepreneurial spirit to grow the business are essential qualities for this role.
