Commercial Vehicle Parts Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Parts Sales Team Lead to join our team at Select Motor Recruitment. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent sales and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell commercial vehicle parts to meet customer needs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, including quotations, warranties, and new return merchandise
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including greeting and acknowledging all customers
- Manage work efficiency and productivity, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts department, including inventory control and stock management
- Follow up on shortages and expedite, reporting to the Parts Manager as required
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Commercial Vehicle Parts Sales Team Lead in the automotive industry
- Good understanding of commercial vehicle parts and experience with parts automotive PC software
- Excellent sales, leadership, and communication skills
- Good time management and administrative skills
- Grade 12 (Matric) and a valid driver's license
- Motor industry experience is essential
